Cloudz Computing provides enterprise-focused artificial intelligence systems, autonomous agents, automation workflows, cinematic media generation, cloud infrastructure services, and related digital solutions. Services may evolve, expand, or be modified without prior notice as part of ongoing platform development.

Users agree to use Cloudz Computing services solely for lawful and authorized purposes. You may not:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure
• Disrupt platform stability or security
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Exploit vulnerabilities or reverse engineer systems
• Use services for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities
• Circumvent platform safeguards or usage restrictions

Certain services may require account registration or authentication. Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining credential confidentiality
• Restricting unauthorized account access
• Ensuring information provided is accurate
• All activity conducted under their accounts

Cloudz Computing reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse, abuse, or policy violations are detected.

Cloudz Computing may provide AI-generated outputs including text, imagery, video, automation logic, workflows, prompts, and analytical content. Users acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or unpredictable behavior
• Outputs should be independently reviewed before operational, legal, medical, financial, or commercial use
• Users are solely responsible for verifying generated content
• Generated outputs must comply with applicable local laws and intellectual property regulations

Clients retain ownership of outputs generated through their deployed systems unless otherwise contractually specified.

All platform infrastructure, software systems, branding, workflows, visual identity, proprietary frameworks, and associated technologies remain the intellectual property of Cloudz Computing unless otherwise stated. Users may not:

• Replicate the platform
• Reverse engineer proprietary systems
• Redistribute protected materials
• Resell platform infrastructure without authorization

Cloudz Computing strictly prohibits the use of its systems for:

• Illegal activities
• Deepfake abuse or impersonation
• Copyright infringement
• Malware deployment
• Phishing or fraud
• Harassment or hate content
• Violent or exploitative material
• Unauthorized surveillance
• Harmful or deceptive AI-generated content

Violations may result in immediate suspension, account termination, or legal action.

Where paid services or subscriptions apply:

• Pricing may change periodically
• Subscription access remains active for the applicable billing cycle
• Failure to complete payment may result in restricted service access
• Refund eligibility is subject to separate commercial agreements or refund policies

Enterprise engagements may operate under custom contractual terms.

Cloudz Computing integrates with third-party infrastructure and technology providers including, but not limited to:

• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• AWS
• Google Cloud Platform
• Payment processors
• Infrastructure and analytics vendors

Availability and performance may depend partially on these external providers. Cloudz Computing is not liable for outages or failures originating from third-party systems.

While Cloudz Computing aims to maintain highly reliable infrastructure, uninterrupted service availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance operations
• Security updates
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Third-party outages
• Force majeure events

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided on an "as available" basis
• Cloudz Computing disclaims all implied warranties where legally permissible
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from AI-generated inaccuracies, operational interruptions, or third-party failures

Users assume responsibility for how services and generated outputs are used.

Cloudz Computing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services where:

• Terms are violated
• Abuse or misuse is detected
• Security risks emerge
• Fraudulent activity is identified

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect infrastructure, clients, or platform integrity.

Cloudz Computing services may be accessed globally. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations applicable within their jurisdiction. By using our services, users acknowledge that data processing and infrastructure operations may occur across multiple international regions.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India while respecting applicable international regulations and consumer protection requirements where legally applicable.

Cloudz Computing may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technological changes. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
