Cloudz Computing ("we", "us", "our") provides bespoke AI systems, autonomous agents, and automation infrastructure to enterprise clients. This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of our website and clients engaging our services. Cloudz Computing respects applicable international privacy and data protection regulations where required by law.

Data is used solely to deliver, support, and improve the services you have engaged. We never sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

We use minimal first-party cookies for theme preferences and session continuity, and anonymized analytics. No cross-site advertising trackers are deployed. Where required by law, users may manage cookie preferences through consent controls available on the website.

Cloudz Computing integrates with select cloud, model, and infrastructure providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, GCP). These providers process data under their own enterprise-grade compliance frameworks. Sub-processor lists are available upon request.

Systems we build may use generative models. Clients retain full ownership of all outputs produced by their deployed systems. Models trained on client data are exclusive to that client's operational environment. Client data, prompts, uploaded materials, and operational workflows are never used to train shared public AI models unless explicitly authorized by the client. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be independently reviewed before commercial, legal, medical, or financial use.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of any personal data we hold about you. Requests are honored within 30 days. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also request restrictions on processing or object to certain forms of data handling where legally applicable.

We employ enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.3), principle-of-least-privilege access controls, and regular third-party security audits. Infrastructure is continuously monitored for unauthorized access attempts, vulnerabilities, and abuse patterns. In the event of a verified security incident affecting personal data, affected parties will be notified where legally required.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational, legal, security, and contractual obligations. Data no longer required for legitimate business or compliance purposes is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence where Cloudz Computing or its infrastructure providers operate. By using our services, you acknowledge that international data transfers may occur in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

For EU/EEA residents, Cloudz Computing acts as a data processor under GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for all enterprise engagements.
