Trust & Safety

Security.

Cloudz Computing operates under a security-first infrastructure philosophy designed to protect enterprise systems, AI workflows, client environments, and operational data. This document outlines the safeguards, practices, and operational controls implemented across our platforms and services. Last updated May 2026.

01. Security Philosophy

Security is embedded into the operational architecture of Cloudz Computing. Our systems are designed around principles of minimal exposure, layered defense, operational resilience, and controlled access. We continuously evaluate evolving threats across cloud infrastructure, AI systems, automation environments, and enterprise deployments.

02. Infrastructure Protection

Cloudz Computing deploys infrastructure protections designed to maintain platform integrity, availability, and resilience. Security controls may include:
  • Enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure
  • Network segmentation
  • Firewall protection
  • DDoS mitigation
  • Secure deployment pipelines
  • Infrastructure monitoring
  • Automated backup systems
  • Controlled administrative access
Infrastructure configurations are reviewed periodically to align with current security practices.

03. Encryption Standards

Cloudz Computing employs encryption protocols designed to protect data both in transit and at rest. This includes:
  • TLS 1.3 secured communications
  • HTTPS-enforced traffic
  • AES-256 encryption standards where applicable
  • Secure credential handling practices
  • Encrypted storage environments

04. Access Control

Access to systems, operational environments, and sensitive infrastructure is restricted through principle-of-least-privilege policies. Security practices may include:
  • Role-based access controls
  • Restricted administrative privileges
  • Authentication safeguards
  • Session protection mechanisms
  • Internal access auditing
Access permissions are reviewed and adjusted based on operational requirements.

05. AI & Data Isolation

Cloudz Computing prioritizes controlled handling of client prompts, uploaded files, automation workflows, and AI-generated operations. Operational safeguards include:
  • Restricted access to client environments
  • Segregated processing workflows where applicable
  • Controlled handling of uploaded assets
  • Temporary processing retention policies
  • Secure API communication channels
Client data, prompts, and uploaded materials are never used to train shared public AI models unless explicitly authorized.

06. Monitoring & Threat Detection

Cloudz Computing continuously monitors infrastructure and operational systems for:
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Infrastructure anomalies
  • Suspicious operational behavior
  • Abuse patterns
  • Security vulnerabilities
  • Service integrity issues
Automated and manual review processes may be used to support threat identification and mitigation.

07. Third-Party Infrastructure

Cloudz Computing may integrate with trusted third-party providers including:
  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud Platform
  • Infrastructure vendors
  • Payment processors
  • Analytics providers
These providers maintain independent compliance, operational, and security frameworks. Cloudz Computing evaluates providers based on operational reliability, security posture, and infrastructure standards where applicable.

08. Incident Response

Cloudz Computing maintains operational procedures for identifying, investigating, and responding to security incidents. Response processes may include:
  • Infrastructure isolation
  • Threat containment
  • Vulnerability remediation
  • Operational recovery
  • Internal investigation
  • Client notification where legally required
Security events are evaluated based on severity, operational impact, and data exposure risk.

09. Vulnerability Disclosure

Cloudz Computing supports responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities. Researchers or users identifying potential vulnerabilities are encouraged to report findings responsibly to: security@cloudzcomputing.com. Please include:
  • Description of the issue
  • Reproduction details
  • Relevant logs or screenshots (if applicable)
  • Contact information for follow-up
We request that vulnerabilities not be publicly disclosed until remediation efforts have been completed.

10. International Operations

Cloudz Computing supports global operations and infrastructure delivery. Operational systems, infrastructure providers, and processing environments may exist across multiple jurisdictions depending on deployment requirements and service availability. International data handling is conducted in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements where applicable.

11. User Security Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own operational environments and credentials. Recommended practices include:
  • Using strong passwords
  • Restricting credential sharing
  • Maintaining endpoint security
  • Monitoring account activity
  • Reporting suspicious behavior promptly
  • Protecting sensitive operational data
Cloudz Computing cannot guarantee protection against compromises originating from user-side environments or third-party misuse.
